The best way to experience Nepal’s natural beauty, rich culture and its diverse ethnicity is simply by staying at local homes as paying guests and getting acquainted to the Nepalese way of life with your host family. During the stay you will be treated as a member of the family, participating in most of the day to day household activities such as cooking, farming, visiting the relatives of the host family, participating in the rituals and social activities. Jour 1 : Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to hotel

Jour 2 : Sightseeing in ancient city Bhaktapur followed by Lunch and transfer to hotel

Jour 3 : Morning walk to Shwoyumbunath stupa (monkey temple) and view the Kathmandu valley. Back to hotel and take shower before breakfast. In the afternoon drive to Sera for three hours, lunch with typical Nepali / Newari family / Rest and start trek through the beautiful sal forest enjoying bird watching and touring the village, finally arriving to Nuwakot (Historical Hill Town) to join your homestay family. Welcome by the host family and introduction / BLD

Jour 4 à 5 : Early wakeup and follow the daily life activities, daily routine of the family (what they do daily from wake up time to sleeping time).

In case of these days falling under the festival times you will also be taking part in the celebration.

Jour 6 : Back to Kathmandu or extend the duration of your stay with the family if you wish.

Jour 7 : Final departure
